Local Deliveries (Qatar)

Orders within Qatar are managed through local courier services. Our delivery team will contact the customer directly to confirm the exact location only when the order is ready for dispatch. The standard processing time for non-customized, in-stock products is 1 to 3 working days, while customized products require an additional 2 to 3 working days. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Deliveries Within the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait)

For orders shipped to Middle Eastern countries, we offer two delivery options:

• Qatar Post: Estimated delivery within 5 working days
• DHL Express: Estimated delivery within 1 to 2 working days

⚠️ Important Note: If an order contains the "Scent of Oud" perfume, Qatar Post will automatically be applied, even if DHL is selected.

🔹 Kuwait: Please note that door-to-door delivery is not available. Customers may be required to collect their parcels from the post office.

International Deliveries (Outside GCC Countries)

For destinations outside the GCC, we exclusively use DHL Express. The shipping timeframe varies based on the destination country, typically ranging from 1 to 8 business days from the date of dispatch.

General Shipping Terms

• Upon dispatch, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number linked to their parcel.
• Please ensure you enter a valid email address when placing your order to receive tracking details.
• Venus Karma is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. We strongly recommend consulting your local customs office for specific regulations.
• We are not liable for shipping delays caused by national holidays, customs processes, weather conditions, or other external factors.

التوصيل المحلي (قطر)
تتم إدارة الطلبات داخل قطر من خلال خدمات التوصيل المحلية. سيتواصل فريق التوصيل مع العميل مباشرةً لتأكيد الموقع المحدد، فقط عند تجهيز الطلب للشحن.

المنتجات الغير مخصصة والمتوفرة في المخزون: تتم معالجتها خلال 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل.
المنتجات المخصصة: تحتاج إلى 2 إلى 3 أيام عمل إضافية.
يتم معالجة الطلبات التي يتم تقديمها يوم الجمعة أو خلال العطلات الرسمية في يوم العمل التالي.
التوصيل داخل الشرق الأوسط (السعودية، الإمارات، البحرين، عمان، الكويت)
بالنسبة للطلبات المشحونة إلى دول الشرق الأوسط، نقدم خيارين للتوصيل:

بريد قطر: التسليم المتوقع خلال 5 أيام عمل.
دي إتش إل إكسبرس (DHL Express): التسليم المتوقع خلال 1 إلى 2 يوم عمل.
⚠ ملاحظة هامة: إذا كان الطلب يحتوي على عطر "Scent of Oud"، فسيتم شحنه تلقائيًا عبر بريد قطر، حتى لو تم اختيار دي إتش إل.

🔹 الكويت: يرجى ملاحظة أنه لا يتوفر التوصيل إلى باب المنزل. قد يُطلب من العملاء استلام الطرد من مكتب البريد.

التوصيل الدولي (خارج دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي)
بالنسبة للطلبات الموجهة إلى دول خارج مجلس التعاون الخليجي، فإن دي إتش إل إكسبرس (DHL Express) هو الخيار الوحيد المتاح.
يختلف وقت الشحن حسب الوجهة النهائية، ويتراوح عادةً بين 1 إلى 8 أيام عمل من تاريخ الشحن.

شروط الشحن العامة
✔ عند شحن الطلب، سيتلقى العملاء بريدًا إلكترونيًا يحتوي على رقم تتبع مرتبط بالطرد الخاص بهم.
✔ يرجى التأكد من إدخال عنوان بريد إلكتروني صالح عند تقديم الطلب لضمان استلام تفاصيل التتبع.
✔ فينوس كارما غير مسؤولة عن أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب استيراد أو رسوم إضافية تفرضها دولة الوجهة. نوصي بشدة بالتواصل مع مكتب الجمارك المحلي للحصول على المعلومات اللازمة حول الإجراءات الجمركية.
✔ لسنا مسؤولين عن أي تأخير في الشحن ناتج عن العطلات الوطنية أو الإجراءات الجمركية أو الظروف الجوية أو أي عوامل خارجة عن إرادتنا.
