- What size would you recommend?
We recommend that you follow the size chart provided for each product to ensure the best fit. Since our products are in Asian sizes, it's generally advisable to size up from your usual size for a comfortable fit. If you have any specific questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact our customer service team.
- Is online customization possible?
Yes, online customization is available for specific capsules and certain products, which change seasonally. However, the online customization options are quite basic, offering only embroidery and a limited selection of thread colors. For more complex customization needs, please contact us directly.
- The product I want is no longer available. What can I do?
If the product you want is no longer available, don't worry! You can contact us directly for assistance. Many times, it is possible to pre-order from new stock that is arriving soon. We're here to help you get the items you need. Feel free to reach out to our customer service team for more information on availability and pre-order options.
- Which payment methods are accepted?
For purchases made directly through our website, we accept only credit and debit card payments. However, if you prefer to make your purchase through our customer service, we offer additional payment options:
- Bank Transfer: Available for all customer service transactions.
- Cash Payment: For local purchases, you can pay cash by either dropping it off at our office or having our driver pick it up from your location (an additional charge applies).
- Cheque: Accepted for bulk orders processed through our customer service.
Please choose the method that best suits your needs.
- How do I cancel or edit an order?
- Orders cannot be canceled
- Once an order is placed, it generally cannot be edited. However, if you wish to add items to your existing order, this may be possible.
- Orders that include customized products cannot be edited if they were placed through our customer service after you have accepted the mock-up of the customized product.
If you need to proceed with any changes or have further questions, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
- What are the delivery times, methods, terms and costs?
In Qatar, Venus Karma manages orders with local courier services. For worldwide shipping, Venus Karma offers global parcel delivery services through DHL Express. Our processing timeline for non- customized and in-stock product orders ranges from 1 to 3 working days. Customized products require an additional processing period of 2 to 3 days. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For orders shipped outside Qatar, delivery times are dependent on the distance from Qatar to the destination country, typically between 1-8 business days from the day that the item is completed. Couriers may directly contact you to coordinate delivery arrangements. Please note that Venus Karma does not cover customs duty fees.
Venus Karma is not liable for shipping delays due to national holidays, customs issues, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. However, returns or exchanges are permitted within 7 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes on international orders. We advise consulting your local customs office for specific information on customs duties.
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email, including a tracking number for their order. For any inquiries, please feel free to contact us via email.
- My item seems to be faulty. What should I do?
In the event of a faulty item, kindly provide photographic evidence of the defect. Upon review, we will take immediate action as deemed appropriate by our management team, who reserves the right to make the final decision on each case.
Refund policy
At Venus Karma, we take pride in creating high-quality, customized products tailored to our customers' preferences. To ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience, we have established the following refund and exchange policy.
Order Finality & Production Timeline
Once an order is placed, it is considered FINAL and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Our estimated production times are as follows:
- Plain Items (No Customization): Ready for dispatch within 1–2 working days.
- Pre-Designed Items (Available on Website): Ready for dispatch within 2–4 working days.
- Fully Customized Items: Production timeline is 3–6 working days from the confirmation of the mock-up.
After the order is placed online or the mock-up is confirmed through our official channels, it will be processed immediately, and production will commence. No further modifications or cancellations will be accepted at this stage.
No Refund Policy
We maintain a strict NO REFUND POLICY under any circumstances.
However, if you receive a faulty item, you may be eligible for store credit upon management review. Store credit must be redeemed within three months from the date of issuance.
Exchange Policy
Customized Items
All customized items are strictly non-exchangeable due to the personalized nature of the product.
Plain Items (No Customization)
For ready-to-wear, non-customized items, we may accept exchange requests under the following conditions:
- The request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- The customer is responsible for all delivery and shipping costs related to the exchange.
Returns for Local & International Orders
- Local Returns: Customers must return eligible items in person to our office.
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable import duties and taxes. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific details on customs duties and fees.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be in original, unworn condition, with all accessories, tags, and packaging intact.
- Only plain (non-customized) items are eligible for exchange.
- Items with any signs of wear, use, or alterations will not be accepted.
Faulty Items & Store Credit
If you receive an item that appears to be defective, please follow these steps:
- Provide photographic evidence of the defect to our customer service team.
- Our management team will review the case and determine the appropriate action.
- If the defect is confirmed, we will offer store credit as a resolution.
⚠️ Please note: Store credit must be redeemed within three months from the date of issuance.
What is NOT Considered a Faulty Item?
- A slightly dirty item is not considered faulty.
- Due to the nature of our customization processes (such as embroidery and printing), minor traces of production materials may be present on clothing and accessories.
- We strongly recommend washing all items before their first use, following the provided care instructions, to ensure the best product quality.
Failure to Accept or Collect Orders
If a customer fails to accept delivery or collect their order within 90 days from the shipping date, Venus Karma reserves the right to consider the order abandoned. In such cases:
- Venus Karma may sell, dispose of, or repurpose the item at its discretion.
- Any deposit or full payment made for the order will not be refunded.
Special Requests for Customization
- Any special requests for customization (e.g., changes in size, design modifications, additional custom features) must be communicated before mock-up confirmation.
- Once a mock-up is confirmed, the design is final, and no further modifications can be made.

التصاميم الجاهزة (المتوفرة على الموقع): جاهزة للشحن خلال 2-4 أيام عمل.
الطلبات المخصصة بالكامل: يتم إنتاجها خلال 3-6 أيام عمل من تأكيد النموذج (الموك أب).
بمجرد تأكيد النموذج من خلال قنواتنا الرسمية، يتم مباشرة عملية الإنتاج، ولا يُسمح بإجراء أي تعديلات أو إلغاءات بعد هذه المرحلة.
سياسة عدم الاسترداد
نلتزم بسياسة عدم الاسترداد تحت أي ظرف من الظروف.
ومع ذلك، في حال استلام منتج به خلل مصنعي، قد يكون العميل مؤهلًا للحصول على رصيد متجر بعد مراجعة الإدارة. يجب استخدام الرصيد خلال ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ إصداره.

إرجاع الطلبات المحلية والدولية

الإرجاع الدولي: يتحمل العملاء جميع تكاليف الشحن، بما في ذلك الضرائب والرسوم الجمركية. يُنصح بالتحقق من الجمارك المحلية لمعرفة التفاصيل الخاصة بالرسوم الجمركية.
شروط قبول الإرجاع والاستبدال
يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وفي حالته الأصلية، مع جميع الإكسسوارات والملصقات والتعبئة سليمة.
يتم قبول الاستبدال فقط للمنتجات البسيطة (غير المخصصة).
لن يتم قبول المنتجات التي تحمل علامات استخدام، أو تآكل، أو تعديل.
المنتجات المعيبة و رصيد المتجر
إذا استلمت منتجًا معيبًا، يُرجى اتباع الخطوات التالية:
إرسال دليل مصور للخلل إلى فريق خدمة العملاء.
ستقوم الإدارة بمراجعة الحالة وتحديد الإجراء المناسب.
إذا تم التأكد من وجود الخلل، سيتم إصدار رصيد متجر كتعويض، ويجب استخدامه خلال ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ الإصدار.
ما لا يُعتبر عيبًا في المنتج؟
الاتساخ الطفيف لا يُعد عيبًا.
قد تحتوي المنتجات على آثار طفيفة من مواد التصنيع (مثل التطريز والطباعة)، نظرًا لعملية التخصيص.
يُنصح بغسل جميع المنتجات قبل استخدامها لأول مرة وفقًا لتعليمات العناية المرفقة.
الطلبات غير المستلمة أو غير المقبولة
إذا لم يقم العميل بقبول التسليم أو استلام الطلب خلال 90 يومًا من تاريخ الشحن، سيتم اعتبار الطلب مهجورًا، ويحق لـ Venus Karma التصرف فيه على النحو التالي:
بيع المنتج، التخلص منه، أو إعادة استخدامه حسب تقديرنا.
لن يتم استرداد أي دفعة أو وديعة مدفوعة للطلب.
الطلبات المخصصة والتعديلات
يجب تقديم أي طلبات خاصة للتخصيص (مثل تغييرات الحجم أو التعديلات على التصميم) قبل تأكيد النموذج.
بمجرد تأكيد النموذج، يُعتبر التصميم نهائيًا، ولا يمكن إجراء أي تعديلات.
