Bulk Order Terms and Conditions

TIMELINE

Delivery from 8 to 10 weeks from the payment date. Delivery time may extend for complex designs or orders exceeding 100 pieces. Public holidays are not included in the timeline.

CONFIRMATION

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a 50% advance.

PAYMENT METHODS

Cash (locally only), credit/debit card (payment link or POS in-store), bank transfer, and cheque. Payment links can be single-use or multi-use for different card payments.

DELIVERY

Free delivery within Qatar. Shipping costs outside Qatar depend on DHL rates. Taxes, duties, and customs clearance must be fulfilled by the customer.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

Review size charts, information provided, and mock-ups before confirmation. We are not responsible for spelling mistakes, colour differences, incorrect measurements, or wrong sizes after confirmation. If you are based in Qatar, you are welcome to our office to try out the products to insure the correct sizing and the right shade.
