SHIPPING

Venus Karma delivers parcels around the globe via Aramex, while in Qatar we manage the orders through local delivery.

Processing time for the orders of products in stock is within 1-3 working days. Processing time for the orders of customized products is within 5-7 working days.

If the order is placed on Friday or holiday it will be processed the following business day. Processing time is required to review your order information and prepare it for shipping.

Orders placed outside Qatar will have a delivery time proportional to Qatar’s proximity to the country of delivering. The shipping time varies between 3-10 business days. The courier may contact you directly for the arrangement of the delivery as it is not possible to specify a precise time of when the delivery may take place.

We make every effort to make sure to display only the products that are in stock, however if there may be a mistake of availability of a product or an atypical delay on the processing time of your order, you will be contacted immediately to get notified about that.

Venus Karma will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by national holidays, international customs issues, weather conditions, or any other circumstance beyond the control of Venus Karma. Once the order is placed, it can no longer be cancelled, however customer can ask for return or exchange within 7 days once you have received the goods.

For any further inquiries, do not hesitate to contact us by email. Please mind that vegan products cannot be returned as this is our hygiene and safety policy of the company. Please mind that the customer will be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international orders. For further information on custom duties of your country, please contact your local custom office. Tracking information: As soon as your parcel is ready and shipped, the customer will receive our shipping confirmation email with the tracking number of the order.
ORDERS
Venus Karma reserves the right to not accept your order in the event, for instance, when venuskarma.com is unable to authorize payment, when shipping restrictions apply to a specific country due to conditions beyond the control of Venus Karma and when the item ordered is out of stock. CUSTOMIZED ORDERS
Venus Karma reserves the right to not accept the return or exchange of a “customized” product and therefore, we encourage to always double-check the sizing of the product basing on our size chart and/or to verify the design you have chosen to create. Customers are held responsible for making sure that all customization details are correct. For any further inquiries, do not hesitate to contact us by email.

Lead production time for a customized order varies between 5-7 working days. The quantity of the product above 5 pieces (for instance, senior hoodies and uniforms) could extend the production time. However, if the extension is significative it will be communicated with advanced notice.
RETURNS
We encourage to always double-check the sizing of the product basing on our size chart provided on the website before ordering any product, however you would be able to change the size of the product with shipping and custom clearance costs covered by customer.

The customer shall open the request of exchange within 7 days once the goods have been received.

Venus Karma reserves the right to not accept the return or exchange for any damaged product if it is not returned in the same original conditions, neatly packed with the original packaging. We will not accept any returns that have been worn, washed, modified or stained after leaving the warehouse. The Venus Karma packaging must not be used as the external parcel envelope for the shipment.

If the item does not fit the requirements stated above, the item will be sent back to the customer at their own cost. In case Venus Karma would accept to keep the damaged product, a 20% of the value of the returned item will be kept from the refund.

In case of refund accepted, the customer will receive the money back by the same method of transfer within 14 working days.

All products pass by quality control before shipping. However, if a customer receives an item not in the original state please contact us by email.

If the customer is shipping from outside Qatar, kindly to not forget to send us the tracking number and courier of the return. Venus Karma reserves the right to not accept parcels if the tracking number is not registered in our system, so be sure to have sent all the information required to us, otherwise the items will be shipped back to you.

In the case of products of fragile nature (eg - candles) in order to claim a damage refund/exchange, customer must notify Venus Karma of said damage within 30 minutes of receiving the product. If the customer fails to do so we will not be able to offer any refund/exchange.

Disclaimer - Venus Karma products always leave our warehouse in perfect condition. Our delivery is handled by a third party company.
DELIVERY
Venus Karma processes orders from Doha, Qatar from Saturday to Thursday. The orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order’s placement. In case of customized order, please refer to the “CUSTOMIZED ORDERS” section.

Deliveries take place from Saturday to Thursday; however, it may varies depending from your country’s working weekdays, excluding any public holidays. The courier may contact you directly for the arrangement of the delivery as it is not possible to specify a precise time of when the delivery may take place.
