I purchased my items while I was still in South Africa, and the team kindly kept them for almost three weeks, ensuring that someone was available on 31 December for me to collect when I arrived in Qatar. Their constant communication and responsiveness via email and WhatsApp made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I genuinely couldn’t have made a better choice. My only wish is that I could purchase more items now that I’m back in South Africa but I will proudly continue wearing my Qatari Bear sweater. Highly recommended!
